There are a lot of good used engine deals out there, but we’ve also seen many people get conned by damaged or self “repaired” engines. It would be easy if you know the owner and seen it perform, but if not, you could probably ask the seller to do a demonstration, make sure you are able to see the data on the GSU for max RPM, idle holding and their PW values…. Please do not ask us to provide engine history, such information is proprietary which we never get involved in. Moreover, it may or may not be relevant given the dates of events. Engine service records should be provided to you by the seller, he should be able to easily forward them to you through email and if necessary, we will be happy to confirm. Once you have acquired the engine, please make sure you register it under your name.
